What a lovely place! I live in Essen since 4 years now and just discovered this little patch of fun and relaxation 🦚

Nice place for excursions and enjoy the beautiful scenery with family, children and friends can also barbecue here and play boys Enjoy a cold beer and there are also car parks and toilet

After a walk around Lake Baldeney, I like to go here for a short break - but only in good weather.

Enjoying a cold drink while strolling or doing something about the little groomer is quite okay and affordable.

Stauder from the barrel, food is also next to and right on the Ruhr, perfect in the summer!

Pedaling is great with kids too. Beverage selection okay, fish portion too small

Beautiful and Peaceful but not Remote

At the pedal boat rental very friendly staff and no long waits. Price performance is right. Just the thing in the nice weather

Good location but not so clean. Green and Gruga could sometimes clear the way of overgrowing stinging nettles and similar stuff. 🙄

Very nice and simple beer garden with self-service. You sit on benches benches on tables or in comfortable sun loungers in the meadow. Delicious stawberries are also available.

Nice location. But busy there. You can go for a walk, go boating or to eat.

I thought it was okay, there were plenty of seats to sit, tables and umbrellas set up. You would not have to wait long for food and drinks. Happy again 😉

It's just nice to stay in this beautiful place with and without friends. I do not want to miss the Werden Wiesn anymore.

This place is really nice. The food and drinks are cheap and delicious. You can really relax there. Here you can rent pedal boats.

Exactly what was still needed. A really nice place, especially on warm summer days, to have a good drink with cool drinks and the formidable view of the Ruhr and the pedal boat dock.
